Zomom is a villainous character from the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series. He is a member of the Deadly Six, a group of Zeti that rule over the floating planetoid of Lost Hex.
Overview[]
Zomom is a heavy-set, gluttonous Zeti with a seemingly bottomless stomach. He is always hungry and rarely seen without some item of food in his hands. All it takes to motivate Zomom into performing a task is the promise of food, though it can just as easily prove to be a distraction. While seemingly unashamed of his obesity, he is quick to anger when anybody comments on his weight.
Zomom is just as thick mentally as he is physically; he is sorely lacking in intelligence and doesn't understand the details in Zavok's plans beyond what is expected of him, which is typically just to smash whatever he's told to smash. While he can use his bulk to great effect in battle, it is also his greatest weakness; his obese figure is slow and clumsy and stands little chance against Sonic's speed.
Appearance[]
Zomom is a morbidly obese Zeti with a deep-yellow coloured upper body and a black waist and legs. He has pastel-yellow lips, fingernails and toes. He also has yellow eyes with red irises. There are five short horns jutting from his head which are black with a red stripe. His only attire are the spiked wristbands on his arms.
Abilities[]
- Brute Strength - Zomom's strength is enough to rival Zavok's, but is hampered by his lack of focus and coordination. He primarily utilizes his strength by trying to crush opponents with his sheer weight.
- Super Speed - Despite his weight, Zomom is capable of great bursts of speed. He uses this power to spin around rapidly and pummel his opponents.
- Energy Projection - Zomom is capable of launching blasts of energy at his foes.
- Limitless Appetite - Zomom is constantly hungry and seemingly capable of eating anything. He can eat several times his own body mass without negative effect.
- Electromagnetism - All Zeti possess the innate ability to manipulate magnetic fields, allowing them to control machines as they wish.
