The Zombie Dog C is an irregular mutant that appears in Resident Evil 6. It is a canine that has been infected and mutated by the C-virus.
Biology[]
Like the Cerberus dogs created by Umbrella's T-virus, dogs that are infected by the C-virus undergo a severe state of physical deterioration, losing patches of fur and skin. However, the decay is not so severe as to impair their physical abilities and they remain as fast and agile as they were before becoming infected. They are capable of running at high speed, jumping sideways, and lunging at prey from considerable distances.

Though these zombie dogs were originally domesticated, the C-virus has erroded them mentally, reducing them to creatures of pure instinct. They are highly territorial as well as bloodthirsty, attacking any living prey on sight. They will pounce upon victims and attempt to sink their teeth into them. While comparatively more resilient than uninfected dogs, they can be killed with relatively little firepower.
