Zillah the Beautiful, also known as Zyllah or Sylah, was a vampire who is often referred to in White Wolf Publishing’s World of Darkness setting.

Virtually nothing is known of Zillah in her mortal days, save that she was an incredibly beautiful woman. It is known however, that once he laid eyes upon Zillah, the First Vampire Caine fell deeply in love with her. Try as he might though, Caine could never make her reciprocate his love, Zillah’s strong will rebuffing his considerable charm. Eventually, Caine resorted to secretly feeding Zillah his Blood, blood-bonding her to him, and making her unable to resist his advances. Thus, Zillah became Caine’s first wife.
After a time, Caine finally granted the Embrace to Zillah and she, along with the other Second Generation vampires created the Third Generation, which brought down the wrath of God upon the city in the form of a Great Flood, ending forever the peaceful harmony which had for so long existed between Kindred and mortals.
Whether Zillah was destroyed by the Great Flood, or murdered at the hands of the Third Generation is a question that will likely never be answered, although given that the Third Generation survived the deluge, the second possibility seems more likely.
