Witch Hazel is one of the funniest characters that Warner Brothers has invented for Looney Tunes. Even though she has appeared very few times, she is quite popular. Her first appearance was in the short film called Bewitched Bunny and from that moment she became one of Bugs Bunny's enemies in the cartoons. She was created by animator Chuck Jones. In The Looney Tunes Show she is one of Bugs' neighbors.

She is presented as a rather slovenly witch in a dark blue suit, a black hat, and small black heels. Her skin is green, plus she has a characteristic laugh.
