The Uroboros Mkono is a B.O.W. that appears in Resident Evil 5. It is very similar to the Uroboros Test Subject, but was created by injecting Uroboros into a Majini test subject rather than an ordinary human. The result of this experiment was a creature that was considerably stronger and more resilient.
Chris Redfield and Sheva Alomar encountered the Mkono inside a TRICELL laboratory, which was manned by TRICELL's CEO Excella Gionne. She had administered the virus to another test subject which transformed before the agents' very eyes, appearing to be very similar to the first, but possessed a long, grasping arm. Two large, bloated pustules appeared to connect the arm to the main body which could be shot to sever the limb. The limb would flop about on its own for several seconds before stopping and completely dissolving, but would regenerate after a short time. The two BSAA agents were able to kill off the creature using a flamethrower contained in the lab for disposing of waste materials.
