Tulpas (Egregores) are basically a spiritual entities created by the thought of man. The Tulpa is created through clear, intense and sustained visualization.
To the latter we must add a great amount of confidence, determination, dedication and above all Patience since it can take a few days to correctly visualize a Tulpa.
Tulpas will almost always be short-lived mental projections, deteriorating shortly after being created; however, they can sometimes have enough energy to be visible to other people besides their creator. Even the tulpa can become relatively independent, always tending to degenerate or become negatively corrupted if it does not receive attention, thus becoming an evil entity; Fortunately, every tulpa requires that you believe in it to survive, so it will disappear if you stop believing in it, that is, everything is based on the mental power of each one and the ability to discipline the Tulpa depends on your energetic capacity.
The following will be an exercise for those who truly believe in Los Tulpas, for whom I do not recommend not doing it as it will not help them, they will only see it as something stupid when in reality it is a ritual of energy and visualization: to feed A Tulpa must be imagined in front of you looking at you, while you with the right hand on the left you maintain part of your energy. After a few minutes you must put your hands (already with energy) a few centimeters above the head of the Tulpa and go unfolding the energy with your hands throughout the body of the Tulpa, from top to bottom, filling it with your energy. That will be a small ritual that you can repeat whenever you want; and it will help you to perfect the visualization in him / her.
The Tulpas do not die since they do not have an organism that is damaged, on the contrary they are affected when the indifference of their creator stalks them. The longer you interact with your Tulpa, the more real it will become, but the longer you stop paying attention to it, the Tulpa will slowly degenerate to the point where its energy dies.
Attention to the Tulpa and the time spent will be essential at any stage, be it years, months, days, hours or even minutes.
