Tormentors are giant humanoid beasts from Outworld that have appeared in Mortal Kombat (2011). Not much is known about these creatures other than their realm of origin, their reptilian appearance and that they are non-sentient. They stand roughly at 50 feet tall and are used as beasts of warfare by Shao Kahn's army. During the game, one Tormentor can be seen in the background of the Koliseum being held back by Tarkatan handlers. The corpse of a Tormentor can be seen in the Wasteland stage. Tormentors were put to use by Kahn's forces during the Outworld Invasion of Earthrealm.
