Tentacruel is a Water/Poison-type Pokémon and the evolved form of Tentacool. This Pokémon lives in deeper waters than Tentacool and is more aggressive.
Pokédex Data[]
Tentacruel can be distinguished from Tentacool by its larger size and more aggressive features. The top of its body is a clear light blue adorned with large red crystal formations; its lower body is black and sports a multitude of grey tentacles as well as two long mandibles. At least 14 tentacles are visible at all times, but Tentacruel are said to have as many as 80 tentacles in total with most of them withdrawn into its body, only being unleashed when Tentacruel is angry and battling difficult prey. The average Tentacruel is only 5 feet tall, but there have been supposed sightings of much larger specimens capable of destroying ships.
