Stolas, also spelled Stolos, is a demon that appears illustrated in the Dictionnaire Infernal edited in 1863 and described by Collin de Plancy and in Johann Wier's Pseudomonarchia daemonum of 1583.
In demonology, Stolas is a Great Prince of Hell, commands twenty-six legions of demons and teaches astronomy and the knowledge of toxic plants, herbs, and precious stones. He is depicted as a crowned owl with long legs, as a raven, or as a man. Stolas can get more powerful every full moon night.
