Stocking Anarchy is one of the two titular protagonists of Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. She is the youngest of the Anarchy sisters.
Appearance[]
Stocking wears a blue ribbon and long straight dark hair with pink inside. Her signature outfit is a black gothic lolita dress. She swears that everything she eats goes right into her breasts, but it was never really confirmed. Her eyes are cyan, obscured a bit by her hair style, causing her to always have a serious look.
Personality[]
Stocking is a sensible and intelligent girl, although she can be rude if provoked, especially to her older sister, Panty. She also has a cynical, cold, and sardonic demeanor.
She does not share Panty's obsession with sex, but she does show an interest in somewhat masochistic sexual ideas (although since sexuality is not a major part of her personality, any potential fetishes change her character very little).
Powers and abilities[]
Stocking, at the time of battle, removes her stockings and transforms them into Katanas. It's safe to assume that she could transform even more katanas as well, considering how Panty Anarchy was able to turn a bunch of underwear into guns, Even if they are not your property. Stocking's Katanas are capable of hurting any spiritual being. Be it angels, demons and ghosts. Her pair of Katanas are called Blade I & II
