The Springworm is a Blue variant from the anime series Bue Gender. This giant annelid has a bulbous yet flexible body and can be deceptively quick, springing its body forward in sudden bursts of speed. It will lunge at vulnerable human prey and engulf them with its oval-shaped maw. It has a pair of wing-shaped mandibles which it uses to force victims into its mouth. The creature's core organ is located just above its mouth and is severely exposed when the Springworm is about to feed.
