Sam (Type A-1) is a common, basic form of zombie in House of the Dead. Appearing as a lean male figure, the subject's skin has taken on a deathly pale hue and exhibits tearing wounds over the face, chest and abdomen. The creature's intestines can be clearly seen hanging from the abdominal wound.
Sam walks with a lumbering gait and attacks prey by biting.
