The Creature is described as a hybrid creature monster half-man and half-frog that inhabits the lake of an island that is also called "Rana".
History[]
Its origin is unknown , but theoretically it is that Rana is an ancient god who lives inside the lake of the island of the same name , according to the ancient inhabitants of the island they made offerings to him like live animals as food for the creature , since he usually eats humans if he is not pleased with the tributes, Rana sometimes kills his victims with a harpoon while stalking them underwater, in a scene before the credits two people are shown in Rana's lair, trying to steal one of the eggs from the creature but then a Baby Rana is born that hits one of the thieves in the face.
