The Pteracuda was monster which appeared in the SyFy Channel’s 2014 creature-feature Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda.

As it’s name might suggest, the Pteracuda looked like a winged barracuda, although it shared more traits with a pteranodon than any fish. It was however, capable of swimming underwater at great speed, and possessed gills alongside sabre-like stabbing teeth which it obviously inherited from both parent creatures’ fish-hunting habits.
History[]
The Pteracuda was developed as an organic weapon by an eccentric billionaire named Munoz. When one of his disgruntled employees made a bungled attempt to steal the creature, it was unleashed upon the world. After going on a horrific killing spree, Munoz’s niece, who had grown a new Sharktopus to adulthood, intervened and fitted her monstrosity with a neural controller, allowing her to send the beast to do battle with the rampaging Pteracuda. After a lengthy fight, the Sharktopus dispatched its foe, and the world was once again safe.
