Phantom Blot is one of the enemies of Mickey Mouse.
History[]
In the comics, his diabolical plots put him in the care of Chief O'Hara, however, he often runs away. Supergoofy has regularly managed to stop the Phantom's projects. His first appearance in animation was in the DuckTales episode "All Ducks on Deck", where he appears under the name "Blobs the Hooded". He has also appeared as a recurring villain in Mickey Mouse Works and House of Mouse.

Epic Mickey[]
In the video game Epic Mickey, the Phantom Blot acts as the main antagonist of the game, controlling the Wasteland with the help of other villains.
