The Pale Man is the secondary antagonist in Guillermo del Toro's 2006 dark fantasy film Pan's Labyrinth, although he only appears in one scene. He is one of the creatures that Ophelia, the protagonist, meets during the tests that the Faun gives her.

The Pale Man is a somewhat squalid looking humanoid creature. It has an extremely pale and wrinkled skin and thin limbs. His face lacks eyes, which are located in his hands, although he removes them when he sleeps. Visible nostrils and mouth similar to those of a manta ray. His hands have fingers with sharp black tips. Apparently he is an immortal creature since according to some paintings found in his lair he has lived for many years consuming the blood and flesh of many children and babies that he has mutilated and killed.
