Oogie Boogie is the main antagonist of the Disney movie The Nightmare Before Christmas, he is the king of all bugs who is the rival of Jack Skellington.

Oogie Boogie is a creature made of bugs and put in a sack that serves as his body, when he's in the dark his sack turns green and when he's in the light his body goes back to normal.
Biography[]
Oogie Boogie appears in the film having a minor role in the film despite being the main antagonist as the story focuses on Jack Skellington focusing on his plan to change Christmas.
Oogie Boogie makes his first appearance when Lock, Shock and Barrel capture Santa Claus and take him to his lair, through his song he explains to Santa that what he wants to do with him and that was to torture him forever and let the children run out of their gifts.
Later Oogie Boogie prepares his torture plan for Santa Claus, Sally who realized that Jack finally realized his mistake, tries to trick Oogie using his foot however, Oogie discovers her and captures her along with Santa, just as he was about to torture them, jack came and confronted him, he confronted oogie boogie and defeated him by breaking his sack and letting his bugs die falling into the lava until the last bug is crushed by santa claus.
