Mr. Kat is a extraterrestrial cat from Planet Gatunus is an Agent of his Planet ,He appears from the animated series titled Kid vs Kat, He has a wife who appears in the 2nd season, he was sent to earth to gather the Frisky Bits of fish for his Planet to be the hero. Coop always wrecks his planes going home with the Frisky Bits because he thinks he's invading Bootsville.

He is an Extraterrestrial Cyborg who has the appearance of a purple cat with spots, no hair, with huge black eyes and no pupils, he has been shown to be highly intelligent. Mister Cat has many powers, some of which are probably partially due to his body android he can make his eyes red, concentrate a lot of heat in his hands, crawl like a snake , spit acid, when he walks upright he has super strength, X-rays in his eyes, opens doors with his nails, roars, expands his mouth, flips, changes shape, climbs walls, etc. He is a great creator of inventions that always uses to contact his own or to harm Coop. He has a necklace that can make him transparent depending on the place and he makes green force fields, he shoots lasers, he can teleport him, he is a communicator, and a universal translator. He blames Coop for being trapped on Earth, Mister Cat is the boy's sworn enemy, although sometimes he and Coop get along, in fact whenever a problem threatens them both of them work together.

Mr. Kat repeatedly tries to get back home, only to be thwarted by Coop.
