Monodramon is a Child-level Vaccine Digimon of the Dragon class. It has a humanoid form with smoky-grey skin, golden eyes and metallic claws on its hands and feet. It has gold plates covering its shoulders, arms and head. Its arms sport bat-like wings, but it cannot fly.
For a Vaccine Digimon, Monodramon is extremely aggressive, even to the point of brutality. It loves to fight and will throw itself into battle at the first opportunity. Even the thuggish Ogremon considers Monodramon's personality to be overly hostile.

- Headbutt - Monodramon slams its head into the face of its enemy.
- Shadow Wing - Monodramon slashes the opponent with its wing.
- Beat Knuckle - Monodramon's claws strike with earth-cracking force.
- Crack Bite - When Monodramon bites, it corrupts and fragments the data of the area that was bitten, causing it to malfunction.
