The Mngwa, also known as the Nunda is a mysterious creature sighted in Tanzania. It was described as a gigantic savage grey cat around the size of a donkey. Evidence of this creature first arose in the early 1900s. Its name means "strange one".

Mngwa are infamous for their ferocity. They have terrorized towns on numerous occasions, going on killing sprees for a few weeks before vanishing as quickly as they came.
