A Mimimushi is a microscopic yokai that resembles a tiny snake with long ears, it infects a victim and continually wiggles back and forth between their ears and heart, causing great discomfort.
In addition those under attack from the microscopic yokai find themselves craving cold food and avoiding warm food as well as developing swollen, bloated stomachs.
