The Mannequin Monster is a creature appearing in the movie Silent Hill: Revelations. It looks somewhat like a giant spider made up of mannequin arms, legs and heads held together by fleshy sinew. The central head is a mannequin head held by two hands, which opens to reveal a monstrous, leech like mouth. Unlike most monsters in the Silent Hill franchise, no hints are given as to this monster's place in the Silent Hill universe.
A series of stills at the end of the film show the Mannequin Monster in battle with dark nurses, suggesting that it preys upon other monsters as well as people.
The Mannequin Monster seems to exhibit keen senses and a degree of super human strength.
