Leveticus is an Outcast character who features in Wyrd Games’ Malifauxuniverse.

A man in his twilight years, Leveticus is a scrawny character with a clockwork limb in place of his left arm, and who uses a variety of chemical compounds to extend his life. Along with his apprentice, Rusty Alyce - who has also been the subject of his prosthetic experiments - he runs Malifaux’s Captivating Salvage and Logistics, a business with a respectable front as a mechanical retrieval and supply company, but which is also notorious for its less-savoury backstage dealings in illicit magical constructs.
Leveticus has mastered the art of soulstone use in a unique way: combining the power of necromancy with a type of arcane technomagic, he has developed a unique discipline which he uses to create the horrific creatures known as Steampunk Abominations. These part-man, part-machine entities serve him in any one of a hundred different capacities.
In addition, Leveticus has proven capable of side-stepping death, at least for a while. He employs his necromantic skill to forge a connection between the souls of recently deceased individuals and their corpses so that if he should be killed, he can latch on to these strands in the afterlife and drag himself back to the world of the living. These Hollow Waifs as they are known are, in Leveticus's opinion at least, his greatest creation.
