Krabby is a common Water-type Pokémon that can be found in rivers and coastal areas in various regions around the world.

Krabby is a crustacean Pokémon recognized by its squat body and pincer-like claws. Its body is covered in hard chitin with red colouring on its top half and cream colouring on its lower half. It has two small spikes on its head, large white eyes, and moves around on four spindly legs. It uses the pincers on its arms for both defence and offence, blocking incoming attacks before retaliating by punching or grabbing opponents.
When threatened, Krabby has a tendency to spew foam from its mouth and cover itself in it to confuse opponents by making itself appear larger. If it loses a limb in battle, it will regenerate the lost limb over a short period of time. It hunts for food by burrowing through the sand. When food is scarce, it will eat the sand and gather nutrients and becomes increasingly territorial.

- Harden - Krabby uses secretions to reinforce its carapace and raise its defense.
- Bubble - Krabby spews high-pressure jets of foam as an attack, causing minor damage and reducing the target's speed.
- Mud Shot - Krabby flings globs of wet sand in order to blind its foe.
- Razor Shell - Krabby uses its pincers to cut foes, causing moderate damage.
