Nanaue aka King Shark is a character and supervillain of DC Comics.
History[]
His first appearance was in Superboy #0 (Oct. 1994) and he was created by Karl Kesel and Tom Grummett.
Nanaue is a humanoid shark, descended from a Hawaiian deity. Although other specialists describe it as a "wild mutation" without a mystical nature. King Shark was a serial killer in Hawaii until he was captured and forced into the Suicide Squad as his deadliest weapon.
Powers and abilities[]
- Superhuman Strength : Nanaue possesses great superhuman strength. he can lift great amounts of weight, punch through steel or concrete and trade punches with characters like Superboy and Aquaman.
- Superhuman Durability : King Shark is bullet proof, can withstand extreme cold, crushing pressures and high levels of blunt trauma such as hits from class 100 even being dropped from a plane through concrete.
- Sharp Teeth: King Shark has powerful teeth he breaks some of them, they regrow just like his limbs.
- Enhanced Senses : King Shark can see in the ocean floor. He also has an enhanced sense of smell and some sort of sonar that helps him navigate or sense his surroundings
