Dr. Jumba Jookiba is an alien from the Lilo & Stitch.
Jumba particularly served as the main antagonist for the majority of the original film, until he was reformed at the last minute, becoming an important supporting character for the rest of the franchise.

He is the creator of Stitch and his cousins. He speaks with a vaguely Russian accent. It also seems to be too heavy. Jumba is from the planet Kweltikwan (pronounced "Quelte Quan"). He has been called a "mad scientist," but he prefers to be called an "evil genius." However, he turns out to be surprisingly sociable and friendly.
