Hulk is a character found in multiple media concerning Marvel comics and associated games, movies and cartoons. Due to the vast nature of comic book fiction, many alternate versions of Hulk have existed across decades of publishing, all of which have varying degrees of monstrous attributes.
Arguably among the most disturbing and monstrous of all these alternate Hulk incarnations is the one found in the dystopian parody comic known as Marvel Ruins.
Within the Marvel Ruins world of Earth-9591, a twisted cosmic law exists: "Anything which can go wrong will go wrong". As a result, almost all surviving heroes and villains in the nightmarish reality are either sociopathic criminals or extremely disfigured and/or mutated monsters.
In this reality, Bruce Banner is struck with gamma radiation much like many other worlds and becomes the Hulk, yet this version of the Hulk is a living mass of cancerous tumors. While little else is known of the ultimate powers or fate of this Hulk, it is believed that he was captured and taken into a secure holding cell, being driven completely insane by his sudden mutation.
