The Hell Razer is a demonic enemy from DOOM (2016). This creature acts as a standard foot soldier in the armies of Hell.
Appearance[]
The Hell Razer is a humanoid demon that has blackened skin covered by patches of bone-white natural armour. Its head sports bony growths resembling fins or a sort of crest, forming a strange crown. It has no eyes, though it does have a glowing red spot extending down from its scalp to where its eyes should be.
The creature's left arm ends in a human-like hand, but the right arm ends in a jagged, rock-like growth that glows red with Argent energy. From this extension, the Hell Razer casts a fine, laser-like beam to cut down enemies from a distance.
Overview[]
Hell Razers are not purebred demons; according to experimental data gathered by the Union Aerospace Corporation, these creatures were once human before being possessed by parasitic demon worms. Over a period of weeks, a worm would occupy a human body and cremate it from the inside out, steadily transforming it into a minion of Hell.
In battle, Hell Razers generally maintain their distance from prey, striking by firing beams of Argent energy from their mutated arms. When in close quarters, they will simply punch and swipe at enemies. They are weaker than most purebred demons and can be dispatched as easily as a Possessed Soldier or an Imp, using the Pistol, Shotgun or Machine Gun.
