Hashut, the Father of Darkness, is a minor Chaos god worshipped exclusively by the Chaos Dwarfs. Depicted in brazen idols as bull-like or bull-headed, the chaos dwarfs began worshipping Hashut after they abandoned the worship of the Dwarven Ancestor Gods. Hashut is the god of Zharr-Naggrund, the City of Fire and Desolation, capital of the Chaos Dwarf empire, where his temple is located at the pinnacle of the ziggurat-city. At the top of this temple is an iron statue of Hashut, who's hollow belly houses a furnace that is used to ensure the entire statue is red-hot.

Artist's Depiction of Hashut
Many creatures in the service of the Chaos Dwarfs reflect the bull-like appearance of Hashut, with many Chaos Dwarfs developing bull-like mutations such as horns, tails and cloven hoofs. During the Time of Chaos, when the Chaos Dwarfs first mutated, some gained the lower torsos of bulls. These creatures, known as Bull Centaurs, are unable to wield magic, but due to their devotion to the Father of Darkness, serve as the elite guard of the Temple of Hashut. Others would mutate even further, becoming the Great Taurus and Lammasu.
