Gozu (牛頭) is a Japanese creature whose name means Cow Head and the antagonist of the urban legend of the same name.
This story is so terrifying, so disturbing, that everyone who hears it falls into a total trance of panic, to such a degree that after waking up he is unable to remember anything he heard.
That is why it is said that no one knows history well. No one can tell it in the right way, since its level of fear is such that it could leave you without sleep for several nights.

One of the most cryptic urban legends in Japan is that of "Cabeza de Vaca" (Gozu, in the original Japanese); a story that, according to popular imagination, is so creepy that just telling it can trigger supernatural events.
The legend of Cabeza de Vaca dates back to the seventeenth century, with rumors that just listening to the narration of said story caused the inhabitants of a village to be seized with such great terror that they had chills for days before finally dying of fright.
The local government would have deemed the story too dangerous, and existing paper copies were burned to avoid repeats of the original incident. The few copies that could be saved were cut into pieces and distributed throughout the country, and until today it is believed that the versions that are counted are only fragments of the original.
A recent rumor tells the story of a school teacher who, inexplicably, managed to get one of the fragments of "Cabeza de Vaca". The teacher reportedly took his students on a school trip and was a fan of entertaining them along the way with ghost stories.
The students, who almost always became uncontrollable on the trips, developed a tendency to calm down when listening to the terrifying stories of the teacher, as a bizarre and morbid fascination for such stories.
On one of those trips, the teacher told them that he would tell them the legendary forbidden tale known as "Cow Head", but, before he could even finish the first sentence of the story, the boys began to panic.
"Stop!" They yelled. Don't tell us! -
One boy turned pale and covered his ears, while the others began to scream. But the professor never stopped.
It is said that his eyes turned white and that he proceeded to end the narrative as if he was possessed by a supernatural force. After an hour, the man regained consciousness and realized that the bus had fallen into a ditch. All the students had passed out and had foam at the mouth, while the driver lay on the wheel, sweating and shaking.
It is not known what happened next, but the professor never retells the story of "Gozu."
