The Glimmer is an amphibious mutant that appears in Resident Evil: Dead Aim. The exact origins of this monster are never disclosed, but it is strongly suspected that the Glimmer is a faulty product of Umbrella's Hunter program.
Biology[]
The Glimmer is an amphibious creature displaying various frog-like traits. It has a squat, slimy body with elongated digits on its extremities and a wide, toothless mouth. Atop the creature's head are multiple red eyes that can easily be mistaken for tumours or sores. These organs glow in the dark.
Behaviour[]
Glimmers, like the Hunters, are pack animals. They travel in groups and overwhelm singular prey with their numbers. They move swiftly, leaping about in darkness to confuse their prey before moving in for the kill. They do not possess claws like most Hunter variants and instead attack by expelling acidic vomit in their victims' faces.
