Ginormica is the main protagonist of Monsters vs Aliens.
History[]
Once a normal woman named Susan Murphy, Ginormica is engaged to local weatherman Derek. However, on her wedding day, she gets crushed by a meteor and is soon mutated. During the ceremony, she begins to grow until she is enormous. After that, she is captured. Soon she meets other monsters and is desperate for a way out. Sometime after, she and the other monsters are released to fight an alien probe. After they defeat it, they are given freedom, but struggle to re-enter society. After attempting to reunite with Derek she gets dumped by him. Soon she is consoled by her new friends. However she is abducted and on board the mothership, she gets drained of the Quantonium that caused her to grow. Soon she regains it after being rescued and they escape the exploding mothership. Later on while being hailed as heroes, Derek tries to get back with her, but she rejects him and humilates him. Soon they begin another adventure.
