Giants are a type of hero from the Dungeon Keeper game series. These huge, lumbering brutes are among the most physically powerful creatures in the game and excel at combat. Though they have high health and attack power, they are lacking in defence and speed. They can be a force to be reckoned with when on the side of good, but when converted to the Keeper's cause, they walk a thin line between being useful and being a liability. Because they are so slow, it takes a while for them to get where they need to be. Also, they can be a potential drain on resources; they eat just as much as the gluttonous bile demons, if not more.
Abilities[]
- Melee - Giants use their large clubs to squash most foes like bugs.
- Speed - When raised to Level 10, giants can use this spell to move across the map faster.
Likes[]
- Training - Giants will spend most of their time in the Dungeon's training room, increasing their strength and combat ability.
- Manufacturing - In Dungeon Keeper 2, giants can be put to use in the Workshop crafting traps and doors.
- Food - Giants being giants, they require a lot more food than most other creatures to be satisfied.
- Gambling - In DK2, giants like to spend their downtime in the Casino.
Dislikes[]
- Trolls - Trolls and giants have always been mortal enemies and working for the same Keeper does nothing to change that. If forced to share lair-space, they will fight to the death.
