The Ghost Taxi of The Chacarita Cemetery is an urban legend that arose in the Chacarita cemetery in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Origin[]
The story takes place in the Chacarita Cemetery, where it is said that some nights, a waiting taxi appears outside the cemetery. People think that the taxi waits for the next person who would join the cemetery ... But this will be resolved or not as it investigates.
The possibility of how this story arose are remote. But the most accepted arises from a news item in a neighborhood newspaper (Todo Real / May 1978), from what I was able to find in my research I found a small fragment of the note (this fragment that I took from in a book of legends and myths from Buenos Aires )
Legend[]
In the early hours of yesterday morning, the lifeless body of a woman was found within the facilities of the Chacarita cemetery. The discovery was made by Rodolfo Barrientos who said that he was walking towards the grave of his son when he saw "a woman lying on the graves." Barrientos assumed that she was asleep and tried to make her react, but in the absence of responses from her, he decided to give a warning to one of her caregivers. Later, medical personnel would announce the lifeless condition of the victim, who was identified as Felipa N. Hosperttato, thirty-nine years old, single, with two children. The grave on which she laid her body was that of her mother, Ines P. Tossi de Hosperttato. The doctors also said that, at the time of being found, the woman she had been dead for a few hours; "Maybe she has been like this, lifeless, all night," one of them commented and added: "She died of cardiorespiratory arrest. the emotional state that accompanies deep depressions, especially those related to the loss of loved ones, causes this kind of sudden attacks "(Excerpt from the book Buenos Aires is legend / Todo Real newspaper).

I did not give up. I continued to find out on the web and I was able to discover different stories (stories about the ghost taxi) but the one that convinced me the most was the one that tells that everyone who leaves the cemetery (alone), for X reason decides to take a taxi (the same one that waits at the door), where for emotional reasons (sadness more than anything) she begins to feel cold, disoriented from what is happening in her environment, said person notices that the driver looks strangely, skin and bone almost like a corpse, here the passenger begins to despair, in such a way that he can see his future death reflected in the driver. At that moment the driver turns around and addressing his passenger says "it's time to join you" ... upon hearing this the victim inexplicably dies, but a moment before he can recognize the driver as a relative of his who died a few years ago. Finally the victim gets out of the taxi without any life, and realizes that he gets off in the same place where he left ... (The cemetery). He's ready to join ...
Aside from the stories, what I was also able to find was that according to some taxi driver records, the patent for the supposed Ghost Taxi is RIP 666 (very creepy). It is said that what happened to Felipa was something more or less similar to what was previously told ...
