The Gargoyle Warrior is a type of Pureblood Heartless that appears in Kingdom Hearts II. Appearing in Beast's Castle along with Gargoyle Knights, this creature was just an inanimate statue before being brought to life by a Possessor.
While the Gargoyle Knights would carry swords, Warriors are equipped with battle-axes. They stomp around in pursuit of Sora and co. and attack by swinging their axes or throwing them with lethal effect.
