Freddy Fazbear is one of the original animatronics for the series, as well as the mascot of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and the lead singer of the band.
Freddy Fazbear is undoubtedly the face and representative of the entire Five Nights at Freddy's franchise; In addition to having his name in the title, he appears in most media related to the series (books, toys, posters, stuffed animals, etc).
He debuted in the first game as one of the main antagonists, later making more appearances in all the other games and books in the series, to a greater or lesser extent. Due to the events presented in the story, multiple spin-off versions of Freddy Fazbear's original design have been seen throughout the franchise, such as Toy Freddy, Phantom Freddy, Nightmare Freddy, Funtime Freddy, and many others.

Freddy is a brown animatronic that characterizes a brown bear, with a light brown hue on both his stomach and snout. According to latest visions, Freddy, like the other original animatronics, has the approximate height of an average adult (approximately 1.80 meters). On stage, he wears a black top hat, black bow tie, and wields a microphone in his right hand. He has thick black eyebrows and three blackish freckles on either side of his muzzle. From his palms and under his fingers he has what appear to be footprints. His round ears are posable and thus can move back and forth (similar to the ears of various other animatronics). Freddy sports square, human-like teeth on his lower jaw, and like most of the Pizzeria animatronics (except Foxy), he has no visible teeth on his upper jaw. His fur color, in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted, is more desaturated while the texture is more matte and scratchy, but he has a more reflective shiny suit in Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery as if he was made of a different material.
He has human handprints on the right side of his face and on the left side of his chin, although they are difficult to locate. His irises are normally a light blue color, although, presumably for paranormal reasons, they turn completely dark with white pupils when he is commonly seen on camera and in one of his jumpscares, instead of his normal eyes. The only exceptions with him and his normal eyes are; when he moves through the East Hall, and when he is at the door when the light goes out. He and Foxy are the only two animatronics whose pupils glow white in the dark.
In Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted, Freddy's design is slightly modified. His fur color is more desaturated and his fur texture is more matted and rough.
In Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, Freddy's design has not changed, the only change being that his outfit is now made of a plastic-like material.

Personality[]
Based on the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza theme song, during the day, Freddy loves to have fun and is also shown to be relaxed, easygoing, and easygoing.
However, during the night, Freddy is shown to constantly taunt, laugh at the night watchman, and play a song before activating a jumpscare. He is also shown to be cunning, as he moves in the shadows towards the night guard and even manages to slip through the door silently without the guard noticing. This reveals a darker, teasing side of his personality.
In Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, Freddy gets a new voice, one that is very deep and a bit glitchy. Freddy is shown to be openly malicious, teasing, and loves to scare his victims, but some of his lines suggest that he is somewhat merciful. Overall, Freddy is shown to have a childlike sense of mischief and sadism.
