The Fortuneteller is an Emblem Heartless that appears in Agrabah in Kingdom Hearts II. It is a humanoid creature wearing attire reminiscent of a traditional Arabian dancer, wearing a long, flowing hood and veil and baggy pants, as well as bracelets on its arms. It has in its possession a glowing crystal ball which is the source of its magical powers.
In combat, the Fortuneteller always floats through the air. It will defend itself by levitating its crystal ball in a figure-eight pattern, striking Sora and co. if they get close. It specialises in ice magic, launching ice crystals at Sora from a distance or using its Freezing Verdict spell to freeze Sora, Donald or Goofy in a block of ice, leaving them vulnerable to attack by other Heartless.
