The Manta is a flying reptilian creature native to Na Pali, appearing in Unreal and in Unreal Tournament 2004's Invasion mode. These creatures look like the Terran manta ray, with a long tail and leathery "wings" that they use to fly. This tail ends in a stinger, however, unlike that of the manta ray. Their hide is green, whilst their eyes are red. Mantas attack like birds of prey, flying over their target before swooping them, using their stinger to strike before flying back to a safe distance.
