Dracomon is a Child-level Digimon of the Dragon-type. It is a bipedal reptilian creature with light-blue scales covering most of its body. It has white scales covering its chin and belly and red wings on its back. It sports a pair of red, antler-like horns on its head, a pair of red eyes, a long tail and three clawed digits on each hand and foot. While Dracomon possesses wings, they are underdeveloped and it cannot fly.
Dracomon is an ancient, pure-blooded dragon that is said to be the progenitor of all Dramon Digimon species. It possesses physical strength not ordinarily found in creatures of its short stature, and while normally quite aggressive, it shows a gentler side to those it has befriended. Like dragons of real-world legend, it can be easily distracted by shiny objects which it will attempt to acquire for itself. This is especially true of gems and rare metals which it will consume to gain strength.
Dracomon possesses a sensitive scale on its body known as "Gekirin". If this scale is touched, Dracomon will enter a violent haze and lash out with its searing breath.

- Tail Smasher - Dracomon spins around like a top, using its tail to slam its enemies down.
- G Shurunen - When its Gekirin scale is touched, Dracomon goes berserk and fires intense beams of heat from its mouth.

Variants[]
X-Antibody[]
When imbued with the X-Antibody, Dracomon becomes stronger and more ferocious. As its size increases, it develops spikes running down its back and its wings reposition onto its forearms. Its horns glow and become cross-shaped while its tail grows longer and displays a red tip. An x-shaped mark also appears on its forehead and a glowing red gem appears on the chest.
In this state, Dracomon is able to fly for brief periods of time. However, the true purpose of its wings is for attacking, slashing at enemies and cutting through the air itself. It can also radiate enormous amounts of heat from its horns.

- Smash Horn - Dracomon strikes with its blazingly hot horns.
- G Shurunen - Dracomon touches the Gekirin scale on its chest to unleash a violent heat blast from its mouth.
