Falcomon is a Child-level Bird Digimon and a member of the Wind Guardian field. It has brown feathers covering most of its body, save for dull green feathers covering its arms which end in three sharp claws. It has green eyes, a black-and-red feather making up each eyebrow, and a short, curved beak lined with short, pointed teeth. It has two forward digits and one rear digit on its feet, each ending in a sharp talon.
Since its wings have not fully developed, Falcomon is incapable of sustained flight and is only able to glide. It can, however, run across the land at great speed thanks to its powerful legs. It resides in tall mountain ranges where it charges all across the craggy terrain. It acts rather standoff-ish and will react aggressively if approached carelessly.

2006 Anime Version[]
This subspecies of Falcomon is covered in black feathers, save for red patches around its eyes and its tail feathers. Its head is rounded like an owl's and it has a short, blunt beak. It wears a ninja's tunic.
This variant of Falcomon has more developed wings and is capable of flight. However, it regularly flies using a kite in order to carry out surprise attacks on its foes.
