Dythalla, also known as The Lord of Lizards, is a Great Old One which features in the H.P. Lovecraft-inspired Cthulhu Mythos.
Description[]
Very little is known of Dythalla other than the fact that he appears to be some kind of colossal reptile bearing a resemblance to Bokrug, a fellow Great Old One. However, these two entities both have mortal cults devoted to their worship, and these cults are hinted at having a certain degree of animosity to one another. Whether this means that their respective masters bear the same ill-will towards each other is unknown.
