Bats

Creatures that physically resemble bats, small winged mammals that are usually nocturnal. Bats have long been associated with the supernatural and are an icon of horror, in part due to belief that vampires would turn into bats and older beliefs of bats being messengers of the dead. Despite their fearsome reputation in pop-culture and myths, many bats in the real world are considered an endangered species and are quite reclusive.
