Bulky Bob-omb

The Bulky Bob-omb is an enemy from the video game Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It appears to be a large, pink Bob-omb.

The Bulky Bob-omb follows a distinct pattern in combat. First, it will light its fuse. Second, it increases its Defence and Attack stats by +3. Next, it will charge its attack by 3 before finally exploding, damaging Mario, his chosen partner and any other enemies in battle.

The Bulky Bob-omb's progression can be halted by freezing it or stopping time, giving the player ample time to defeat it before it can detonate. Adversely, using fire-based attacks against the Bulky Bob-omb will cause it to explode early.
