Bloggs are ferocious aquatic predators native to the planet Aether in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Found in the deeper areas of the Torvus Bog, Bloggs attack their prey by disorienting them with sonic bursts and then ramming them to death. If attacked, a Blogg will turn its attention to the attacker. The hide of a Blogg is very durable and Samus Aran's weapons will only serve to agitate the creature. The Blogg's only vulnerable spot is its maw; firing a charge beam blast or a missile into the mouth will blow the Blogg apart.
