The Bi Beast is a character in Marvel Comics who made his first appearance in Hulk #169.
History[]
The Bi Beast is an android created by an ancient avian race who were related to the Inhumans. These avians and their creation lived in a city in the clouds. The avians died out, and the Bi Beast was left to his own devices.
The Hulk and the Harpy crashed into this sky city and encountered the Bi Beast, who tried to force Bruce Banner to fix the engines on the city. Banner chose to cure the Harpy, who was Betty Ross and the Hulk and Bi Beast fought. The battle ended with an explosion that hurled the Hulk and Betty clear of the city, and the Bi Beast was thought destroyed.
The avians, however, had built a second Bi Beast with all the memories of the first and the creature returned to battle the Hulk again. The Bi Beast has fought other Marvel heroes as well. He has battled the Thing, Thor, She-Hulk and Power Princess.
Appearance and Powers[]
The Bi Beast is a huge yellow-colored humanoid with monsterous clawed hands and feet. He has two heads, one atop the other. The top head was endowed with the knowledge of war and the bottom the knowledge of culture and politics. The two heads refer to each other as "skull brother". The Bi Beast's android body is nearly indestructible and possesses vast super human strength rivaling the Hulk.
