Barbie, whose mortal name was Rick Bloodstone, was a Cenobite who appeared in the 1992 fantasy-horror movie Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth.
Description[]
A fairly heavy-set man with black hair in his human days, after his transformation, Barbie was gifted with the body-modifications common to all Cenobites. He also sported a string of barbed wire which was wrapped tightly around his head and embedded deeply into his flesh. He was capable of breathing fire, and used this in conjunction with the cocktail shaker full of highly-flammable liquid that he carried for devastating effect.

Once the bartender at J.P. Monroe’s nightclub The Boiler Room, after Terri freed Pinhead from his imprisonment in the Pillar of Souls Rick was one of those transformed into the new generation of Cenobites.
After realising that a young reporter named Joey Summerskill had in her possession the Lemarchand’s Box, the only threat to them, the Cenobites pursued Joey through the city streets before a group of police officers arrived on-scene. However, CD killed one before the rest were burned alive by Barbie and his flaming breath.
Finally cornering Joey on a construction site, Barbie and the others tormented the young woman for a time before she was able to activate the Box, sending all of them to the hellish pit of Leviathan.
