Arson-Dulai is an obscure mythological deity or demon found in Turkish folk tales, especially those connected to the Yakut shamanism beliefs. Little is known of their origins or appearance, but what is known is they are connected to the demons known as Abasy, and like them, inhabit the lower level of reality, known as the "kingdom of darkness".
Envisioned as a ruler of the dead, Arson-Dulai was feared for his love of devouring souls and spreading sickness across the living, tasks which his demons such as the Abasy helped him with. Due to his malicious nature, he is likely an aspect of the much more infamous demonic god known as Erlik, perhaps a regional variant or a similar spirit of malice.
While not achieving the same level of infamy or power as Erlik, Arson-Dulai was still regarded as a malevolent force, and thus, blood sacrifices were made to appease him and the Abasy.
