En Sabah Nur, aka Apocalypse, is one of the main villains from the Marvel Comics Universe and he is one of the greatest and most dangerous foes the X-Men have ever faced. He is one of the first Mutants to have ever existed, as well as one of the oldest ones. He has a very strong philosphy of Mutant supremacy, in which he believes that Mutants are the strongest ones who deserve to survive while the humans are the weakest. His main goal is tu plunge the world into a genetic war in which the Mutants are the ultimate rulers on the world.
Appearance[]
Apocalypse has a unique appearance since unlike most Mutants he doesn't resemble human at all, but instead he looks more like an otherwordly humanoid giant, He has an extremely muscular build. In most incarnactions he wears a heavy armor, he is bald and has red eyes.
Personality[]
Apocalypse is a very malevolent and amoral entity as he seeks the ultimate supremacy of Mutants, believing firmly that only the strongest must survive. He views humans as unworthy and inferior organisms but has offered them the "gift" of mutation and is utterly devoted of engineering the war bewteen men and mutants.
Powers and abilities[]
Apocalypse is one of the most powerful Mutants of the Marvel Universe, as well as one of the most powerful beings ever existed. Being a god-like Omega level Mutant, he possesses a great variety of powers including shapeshifting, superhuman strenght, teleportation, absorption of energy, energy projection, resistances to psychic attacks, telekinesis and telepathy. He also possesses ageless immortality, being immune to aging. Also, he is near invulnerable to physical harm and has great regenerative abilities as well. He has complete control over his body, which allows him to alter his size and shape whenever he sees fit in order to adapt to diseases or changes in environment. Additionally, he has an exceptional knowledge of science, even surpassing Beast (Marvel). He has access to advanced alien technology, and is a master of both strategy and intimidation, being capable of striking fear to his foes with just his presence.
