The Andreenids (also known as Bee People) are a race of humanoid insects from the Masters of the Universe franchise. Hailing from the nation of Andreenos above Eternia's Mystic Mountains, the Andreenids are a proud and often arrogant people. Their society is governed by a queen, but there are also many 'lords' that deal with day-to-day government issues. One such lord is Buzz-Off, who acts as both Andreenos' ambassador to Eternos and is a member of the Masters of the Universe.
The Andreenids are best known for providing most of Eternia's honey, as well as the miracle food known as "ambrosia". Ambrosia can greatly increase the strength of those who consume it, though the effects are only temporary for non-Andreenids and can even become toxic to some.
