Ahuizotl is both a villain and a rival for Daring Do since he has always faced her on several occasions only to end up losing to her, he also has felines who are loyal to him and his heart of rivalry always leads him to become obsessed with defeating Daring Do
In season 9, he left the rivalry on the part of Fluttershy who told him that he can change acts and from now on he becomes Equestria's writings.
